** CLASSES ARE SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS **

This dynamic approach to yoga is accessible and playfully challenging. It is suitable both for beginners and those with experience.

You don't have to be bendy, or exceptionally fit. Regular practice helps focus the mind while building strength and flexibility. Sports stars often use yoga to help them recover and avoid getting injured.

The price per session is £10, or £8 with a five-class pass (which costs £40 and is valid for three months). Any change to the schedule will be emailed in advance and posted here.

If you’re new to the class, please click the button below and fill in the registration form, which has instructions for payment. You can contact the teacher here if you have any questions.

FAQ

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Comfortable clothing for indoor activity. Shorts and a t-shirt are ideal, plus an extra layer to keep warm at the end.

DO I NEED equipment?

Please bring a yoga mat if possible. Cheap ones are available online for less than £10. One or two rental mats may be available.

CAN I EAT BEFORE class?

It's best to leave a couple of hours after eating a meal. Less is OK if you have a light snack.

ANYTHING ELSE?

Please contact Daniel to discuss any injuries or health issues, or let him know before the class. You can also say if you’d prefer not to be adjusted in postures - most instructions are verbal, but touch is sometimes used for guidance on technique.
