What links yoga with dharma? Are they sometimes at odds? 🤔

The simplest English translation of dharma is “doing the right thing”. According to the dictionary, it covers anything from law to religion – along with ethical values and social roles.

What are the implications for yoga practitioners? Do traditional ideas align with modern priorities? How might each shape the other?

Join me for a free online talk that explores these themes, including plenty of time to ask questions.

The talk was recorded on September 19, 2023. To explore these ideas in more depth, join me for a four-week immersion in the Bhagavad Gita.

The course runs live from September 25 to October 22 (and will be available to study on-demand afterwards) – you can find out more about that here.

If you have any other questions, you can contact me here.
